This product is a one-step disinfectant cleaner that is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria. It is virucidal* [including HIV-1 and HBV], fungicidal, and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew and their odors when used as directed.

Directions:
Simply spray on and either wipe clean or let air dry.
Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes (2 minutes for disinfection against all viruses claimed below except HBV).
